Pye Corner House is available for stays upwards of two nights.

£1,900 per night (2 night minimum stay)

£2,200 per night (3 night minimum stay excluding bank holiday weekends, when minimum 3 night stay applies)
Summer Season (pool open)
July 1 – August 31
£2,350 per night Monday to Thursday (4 night minimum stay)
£2,750 per night Friday to Sunday (4 night minimum stay)
Christmas and New Year
December 17 – January 2
£2,750 per night (4 night minimum stay)
Cheltenham Festival Week March
£2,500 per night (4 night minimum stay)
Additional Charges
An extra £300 per night for our self-contained apartment (sleeps four in a twin and double room).
£100 per dog – with a maximum of two small dogs allowed per stay.
Deposits
We ask for a damage deposit of £2,000 to be paid one week prior to arrival. This will be returned within seven days of checkout – assuming that no damage is done during your stay.
A 50% upfront deposit is needed to secure the booking with the remaining balance due 12 weeks ahead of arrival. (Or immediately if the booking is made within 8 weeks of guests arriving.)
Events for 20-80 External Guests
£3,000 per event day fee.
The fee includes a member of the Pye Corner team to be on-site during your event. Please email us for additional details.
£1,000 additional damages deposit for event.
